While there were several aspects of the experience that we enjoyed, we were also left quite disappointed with how the tour began and was managed. I booked the tour for 9:00 AM, the earliest available time for us, and made the considerable walk from the ship to the pickup point to ensure punctuality. Upon arrival, I was informed by the operator (Carley) that although the scheduled time was 9:00 AM, the actual start is 9:45 AM.
